Description
緣起一位媽媽對家人的愛心水餃,親戚們吃過讚不絕口,
紛紛求下訂,於是媽媽大方交出配方,製作出這款讓人上癮的香菜水餃。

成分:高麗菜、三星蔥、台灣溫體豬肉、香菜、麻油

【享用方式】

1.水餃:
 餃子不須解凍,水滾後放下餃子,稍微攪拌以免黏鍋,
 待水再次滾開後水餃浮上後五分鐘,即可撈起,端上桌享受美食。

2.煎餃:
 餃子不須解凍,平底鍋先抹油後開火熱鍋,鍋子熱後熄火擺入餃子,
 加上水(約餃子的一半高),蓋上鍋蓋中小火煮到水乾,略有油劈哩啪
 啦的聲響後熄火,美味煎餃就完成了。

3.蒸餃:
 餃子不須解凍,外鍋放1.5杯水,電鍋蒸15分鐘後即可。
